camp policies

Glamping requires a $250 damage deposit upon arrival.

Max Adults per Site:   the site fees include 2 adults only, defined as over 18.   Each additional adult is $20/night.  There is a maximum of 4 adults per site, no exceptions.

Max Camp Gear per Site:  a maximum of ONE piece of camping gear is allowed per site.   Camping gear is defined as a travel trailer, a tent trailer, a camper van, a truck tent, a motorhome, a tent.  And one vehicle.

RV Site Check-In 2PM. Check-Out 11AM.  Late check out’s are possible, please check with the office and fees apply.

Glamping Check-In:  4PM. Check-Out 11AM

Cancellation Policy

• 14 days and earlier from check-in date is a full refund
• 13 days and less is a 50% refund
• Cancellations must be confirmed by email:  kootenayriver@blacksheepcamp.ca.

Weather & No Shows:  There are no refunds or credit due to inclement weather or no shows.
